Senses should make the small adjustments & it would be a great place to stay for the price point.

the property is centrally located, you’re next to all the bars and restaurants. the Balcony is nice to sit out and people watch. the bed was nice and firm the AC worked just fine. there is also a jetted tub in the bathroom. it’s also an adult only hotel! yes!

I’m not one to nit pick, however the elevator was out upon arrival so walking up three flights of stairs was ok for cardio they did repair it the next evening. lastly the tile had a few major holes on the floor, the most important was there was no hot water after the first night of showering. like WTH? Also there was no safe in the room.

Great rooms, location on 5th and excellent rooftop pool. Lovely staff.

Noise levels at night are crazy. Breakfast at another location and severely limited. (We had to pay extra)

simple, clean but no way 4 stars

great location, very central the rooms are very clean we had the pool to ourselves and the view is awesome

-unfortunately, we had a hard time communicating as the receptionist didn’t speak any English ( so if you speak Spanish well, you’ll be fine) -we had to ask for things like pool towels and breakfast vouchers which we had to get every morning instead of getting the appropriate amount at the beginning of our stay -their elevator doesn’t work so be ready to drag your suitcase up the stairs ( we stayed for 3 nights and there was no sign of anybody really fixing it) - they advertise “ a good breakfast” which is quite the overstatement, it’s just a simple continental breakfast with an extra charge for more coffee - the hotel is right next to a busy, loud bar, the music stops around midnight so it’s not that bad but be ready - we were quite disappointed as the hotel had a 4 star rating and we expected something better - it’s not horrible but in no way it is a 4 star

The place is ideally located, in the middle of la quinta avenida. Beach in 5mn, ado bus station in 15mn walk. The staff is helpful and nice. The swimming pool on the roof is clean and big enough The wifi is good

Very noisy outside (but not in the hotel, only because of the bars and restaurant on la quinta avenida). The water trickle in the shower is very weak and you have to wait a long to get the hot water. Do not go there if you want a calm and resting stay But should be good for a group of friends who wants to be near from everything and doesn’t care about the noise

L’accueil est au top , très bien situé dès que vous descendez vous êtes au cœur de Playa del Carmen

Nous avons retrouvé un cafard dans la salle de bain. Du coup nous n’étions pas rassuré endormant les cafards au Mexique sont gigantesque il y aussi la vue on tombe face à un mur ça fait un peu cellules de prison bien emménagé , un jour c’est suffisant
